Fully-automatic washing, filling, capping, and labeling system for any liquid, water, CSD/ Beverage.The machines are suitable for mineral water and purified water bottling. For CSD and Beverage need some changes but the main design and component is almost same. The machines process though the 6 stages:

  1. Empty Bottles Feeding station with Air conveying system

Empty Bottles Feeding Platform is connected with Air-conveying system together for the convenience of feeding the empty bottle into the Monobloc washer, filler & capper. Air conveyor is a bridge between the Empty Bottle Feeding Platform and TRICBLOC RINSER, FILLER CAPPER. Air conveyor is supported by the arm on the ground; the air blower is settled on the air conveyor. Each inlet of air conveyor has an air filter to prevent dust coming into. The bottle is transferred to 3 in 1 machine through blowing wind.

  1. Washer Station:
  • All 304 stainless steel rinser heads, water spray style inject design, save water consumption & more clean
  • 304 Stainless steel Gripper with plastic pad, ensure minimal bottle crash during washing

  1. Filling Station:
  • High precision filling nozzle, PLC variable signal control, ensure high filling precision & filling smoothly & steadily,
  • Filling volume adjustable in fine rank, same liquid level after filling
  • All 304 stainless steel contact parts & liquid tank, fine polish, no death corner, easy to clean

  1. Capper station:
  • Place & capping system, electromagnetic capping heads, with burden discharge function, make sure minimum bottle crash during capping

  1. Quality Checking Station:

After completing the work of bottles capping, the bottle automatically flows into the outlet conveyor and there is X-ray for checking any defect. It is done by operator manually.

  1. Labeling Station

After having the QC passed, the operators have to feed the labels into bottles and they automatically pass through the tunnel and label it. However, in accordance with the client’s need, it can also design the PVC shrink/ BOPP labeling machine automatically.
